Our flights were uneventful and well-broken up by a 3 hour layover in Minneapolis, then directly on to Buffalo, which Kat slept thru most of (in her own seat). While in MN, we left the secure area and met Lexie (Dan's cousin) in the ONE restaurant that they have outside security. Luckily, we only needed one, so it worked out. It was possibly a year to the day from when we picked Lexie up from her trek up Mt. Rainier and we hadn't seen her since, so it was good to see her. Kat and Lexie got along famously.
